Description
The Suntec J 4 CAC 1000 5P pump is designed to pump diesel fuel and medium-viscosity fuel under a pressure of 10-21 bar. The design includes a pressure regulating valve with a locking function. As a rule, the model is equipped with an external electromagnetic valve (purchased separately).
Features
The pump has a reliable design that is resistant to wear and tear, high temperatures (+90 ºC is the maximum fuel temperature in the pump). Installation is carried out on a flange connection, according to the European standard EN225
Fuel is sucked from the tank and fed to the injector line by moving gears. They are protected from jamming and damage by a built-in filter with an extended working area of 45 cm² and a purification degree of 170 microns.
The pump has a right-hand outlet to the nozzle and tapered threaded holes for connecting control and measuring devices, a suction/return line and a nozzle channel, which is important to consider when selecting components.
The regulating valve maintains the set pressure level. Factory setting - 12 bar. Pressure adjustment in the range of 10-21 bar is available by tightening the screw. For correct operation of the equipment, use a pressure gauge.
The pump can be installed in systems with one or two pipes. In single-pipe designs, it is necessary to first remove the bypass plug and close the drain channel. Unused fuel returns to the tank or gears, according to the pipeline connection diagram.
Advantages:
highly efficient feed;
versatility;
heat-resistant design;
mesh filter with an increased cleaning zone;
