Description

The Suntec J 6 CDC 1000 5P fuel pump is a highly reliable device designed to pump diesel fuel and other types of fuel with a viscosity of 2-75 cSt into burners with a capacity of no more than 3 thousand kW. This model is basic and comes complete with a valve that regulates the pressure within 10-21 atm. Features and design

  • In the basic assembly, the pump is ready for a 2-pipe connection. If you use the device for systems with one pipe, you must unscrew the bypass plug and seal the drain channel tightly.

  • A 170 micron filter is mounted in the suction line. A wide cleaning area of ​​45 cm² provides effective protection of the gear mechanism from damage and premature wear. The manufacturer recommends regular maintenance of the filter and changing the cover gasket. The pressure can be adjusted using a screw regulator, which is located in an easily accessible place. Operating principle

The gear pair moves the fuel from the tank to the mesh filter, and after cleaning - to the pressure regulating valve, and then to the nozzle. Unused fuel is drained into the tank in a two-pipe design, and in single-pipe units - returned to the suction line.

The unlocking / locking speed depends on the pressure setting and the size of the gears. Air removal in a two-pipe system occurs automatically and is accelerated by opening the pressure gauge port. In a one-pipe system, it is necessary to open the pressure gauge port to release air.
