Description

The high-performance fuel pump Suntec T 3 A 10 7 is used for powerful industrial heating burners. Does not contain an adjustment function. The feed pressure is set to 40 atmospheres. It is possible to install a heating element to facilitate start-up and increase the service life of the device.

Features of execution

  • The pump is heat-resistant - it is capable of pumping fuel heated to +150 ºC.

  • A quick start of the burner is possible when installing a heater with a power of 80-100 W. The hole, which complies with the European standard EN 50262, is located so as to guarantee safe heating and ensure maximum heat transfer.

  • Attention! The device should be turned on in advance to protect the gear pair from excessive load. After heating the fuel, the heater can be turned off or left on.

  • Add. equipment for increased service life

  • The T series pumps do not contain a pre-filter, so it is advisable to include an additional protection element in the system - a motorized filter for 200 microns.

  • When pumping fuel oil, it is recommended to install a degasser flask in the pipeline, which will eliminate the evaporation of light fractions and increase the service life of the pump.
