Description

The Suntec T 3 C 10 7 fuel pump solves the problem of equipping powerful (3000-30000 kW) industrial burners. Provides high throughput and operation with fuel heated to +150 degrees. Universal equipment works with different types of fuel: fuel oil, diesel fuel, crude oil in a wide range of kinematic viscosity, from 3 to 75 cSt.

Design features

The main feature of the T series pumps is the absence of a built-in pressure control valve. The model is set to 40 atmospheres. To implement the adjustment function, it is possible to install an external valve.

The main working element - a gear mechanism ensures the movement of fuel from the tank to the external pressure control valve, and then to the nozzle. Due to the lack of an integrated filter, it is recommended to supplement the kit with a motorized filter, which will eliminate clogging of the nozzle, and therefore, emergency blocking of the pump. The gear pair bears an increased load when working with viscous fuel. Therefore, you can install a heater that dilutes the working mixture and facilitates starting. The electric device is mounted in a 12-mm hole, located in such a way as to exclude direct contact with the fuel and ensure the greatest heat transfer.

Heating should be turned on in advance, before starting the pump. Please note that the fuel, filters and pipes are heated separately.

Additional protection element

When pumping fuel oil, the manufacturer recommends building a degasser flask into the pipeline. This device will reduce early wear of the structural elements, eliminating the harmful effects of light fractions of heated fuel.
