Description

The Suntec T 4 C 10 7 fuel pump ensures stable operation of liquid fuel burners with a capacity of up to 30,000 kW, operating on diesel fuel and fuel oil. This high-capacity equipment is used for heating large production bases, factory areas, retail pavilions and warehouses. The lack of a control function can be compensated for by installing an external Suntec TV shut-off valve.

Design features

The main functional unit is a gear pair with increased resistance to wear and loads. The gear moves fuel from the tank to the external valve, and then under a given pressure - to the nozzle.

The design does not contain a mesh filter. For additional protection of the gear mechanism, the manufacturer recommends installing a 200 micron motorized filter "upstream". The Suntec T 4 C 10 7 fuel pump has a heat-resistant design - it distills fuel heated to +150 degrees. Heating is necessary to minimize the load on the gears and extend their service life.

The housing has a hole for mounting the heating element. The location of the heater is chosen as efficiently as possible - direct contact with the fuel is excluded and the greatest heat transfer is ensured. The device is turned on in advance to simplify the start-up of the burner.

To reduce the risk of premature wear when working with fuel oil, it is recommended to include a degasser flask in the pipeline.
