Description

The Suntec T 5 A 10 7 fuel pump pumps 3855 liters of working fluid with a viscosity of 75 cSt per hour at a pressure of 30 atm. It is used as part of boiler complexes for feeding fuel oil and diesel fuel to burners with a capacity of 3000-30000 kW.

Design

  • The pump does not have a control valve. The feed pressure is set to 30 atm. The lack of a pressure regulation function can be compensated for by using an external Suntec TV valve.

  • The Suntec T 5 A 10 7 fuel pump has a heat-resistant design and the ability to install a heater, which facilitates the start of the burner and extends the service life of the unit. It is possible to work with fuel, the temperature of which reaches +150 degrees. Heated fuel liquefies, which reduces the load on the gear pair.

  • The installation location of the heating element is chosen so that heat transfer is carried out extremely efficiently, and direct contact with the fuel is excluded. The main thing is to turn on the device in advance of starting the pump, so that the fuel has time to heat up.

Due to the lack of an integrated filter, the likelihood of emergency shutdowns can be eliminated by installing a motorized filter of 200 microns after the pump.
