Description

Industrial burners used for heating large areas require special equipment. For these purposes, the Suntec T 5 C 10 7 fuel pump has been developed, pumping about 3950 liters of fuel with a viscosity of 75 cSt at a pressure of 30 atm per hour.

Purpose

The pump is popular as part of powerful boiler complexes (3000-30000 kW). It supplies fuel to burners when heating production bases, warehouses, large retail pavilions, and factory workshops.

Design features

  • The pump is part of the T series, a characteristic feature of which is the absence of a built-in pressure control valve. Factory setting - 30 atm. The adjustment function can be implemented using an external TV valve.

  • The design has a heat-resistant version. The operating temperature of the fuel can reach +150 ºC.

  • For quick start-up of the burner, a mounting place for installing a heater with a power of 80-100 W is provided. The opening for the device is located extremely effectively - heat transfer is provided "at maximum", while contact with the fuel is excluded. It is important that the heater is started in advance to achieve the required temperature of the working mixture.

Recommendations for additional equipment

The equipment does not contain a coarse filter, therefore, additional protection of the nozzles and the heating system as a whole can be implemented by installing a motorized filter with a cleaning depth of 200 microns.

When pumping fuel oil, the manufacturer recommends installing a degasser flask to prevent early wear of the working units due to evaporation of light fractions of the heated fuel.
