Description

High efficiency and increased reliability of the design allow using the Suntec TA 2 C 4010 7 fuel pump for equipping large boiler complexes for heating factory workshops, production sites, warehouses. The basic model is part of a series of devices equipped with a pressure regulating valve without a locking function.

Design and features

Thanks to the use of special materials and seals, the pump has a heat-resistant design, which allows pumping fuel with a temperature of up to +150 degrees.

A hole of a standard diameter of 12 mm is drilled in the body for mounting the heating element. The heater with a power of 80-100 W liquefies the fuel, reducing the load on the gear mechanism and extending the service life of the burner.

The installation location of the device is chosen so as to exclude contact with the fuel and implement effective heat transfer. The electric heater should be turned on in advance, before starting the pump.

Factory assembly allows installation of the Suntec TA 2 C 4010 7 fuel pump in a system with a return line. If there is no return line, remove the bypass plug and block the hole.

Manufacturer's recommendations

A coarse filter is not included in the kit, so to increase the service life of the injectors, it is recommended to install a separate 200 μm filter "upstream".

When pumping fuel oil, it is advisable to include a degasser flask in the pipeline. This minimizes the negative impact of light fractions of heated fuel on the working elements and extends the service life of the pump.
