Description

The most efficient fuel pump in its series, the Suntec TA 5 C 3010 7, delivers fuel to the injector at a rate of 1400 l/h (with a pressure setting of 30 atm and a viscosity of 75 cSt). This productive equipment is adapted for operation in difficult industrial conditions and is designed for intensive use. Installation of a heating device facilitates cold starting.

The pump is designed for powerful burners (3000-30000 kW) that are part of large boiler plants. Place of use:

Fuel can be fuel oil, diesel fuel or crude oil 3-75 cSt.

Features and specifications

  • The pump design is designed to pump fuel heated to a high temperature (maximum value +150 degrees).

  • The body has a special opening that allows you to install a heater with a power of 80-100 W. The electric device ensures safe heating of the fuel before starting the burner, which extends its service life and reduces the load on the gear mechanism.

  • The kit includes a pressure control valve (range 7-30 atm.), which does not contain a shut-off function. The supply is stopped manually.

  • The Suntec TA 5 C 3010 7 fuel pump can be used for two- and one-pipe systems. The basic assembly involves installation in a structure with a return line. If there is no return line, the bypass plug is pre-removed and a steel plug with a washer is installed in its place.

Additional protective equipment

The design does not include a coarse filter, so the manufacturer recommends additionally purchasing a motorized filter. It will protect the nozzles from clogging and prevent the pump from blocking. The location is "upstream".
