Description

The Suntec TAR 2 C 4010 7 industrial burner pump is an excellent solution for use with industrial burners on residual marine fuel, fuel oil and other types of medium-viscosity liquid fuel.

It is possible to install a heater for the supplied fuel, which will reduce its viscosity and reduce the load on the moving elements of the pump structure directly involved in pumping the liquid.

The heater MUST be turned on for a short time before starting the burner to avoid damage to the suction gear pair.

The pump body has increased wear resistance, which allows for the presence of abrasive particles in the fuel without much harm to the pump.

The capacity at a pressure of 20 bar and a viscosity of 20 cSt will be 510 l / h. The range of pressure created on the nozzle will be from 7 to 40 Bar. The pump is intended for use with industrial burners with a capacity of 3,000 to 30,000 kW.

Among the advantages of the Suntec TAR 2 C 4010 7 pump, the following should be noted:

  • Presence of a valve regulating the pressure in the system

  • Relatively light weight

  • A wide range of fuel temperatures with which the pump can operate without interference

  • A wide range of operational fuel viscosity from 125 to 75 mm2 /s (cSt)
