Description

For safe operation with fuel containing abrasive impurities, Suntec has developed a special series with a reinforced design and maximum wear resistance. The Suntec TAR 3 C 4010 7 fuel pump delivers a wide range of medium-viscosity fuels at a rate of 762 l/h at a pressure of 20 atm and a viscosity of 20 cSt.

Pump purpose

TAR 3 C 4010 7 is designed for installation in burners with a capacity of up to 30,000 kW, used for heating large production sites, warehouses and shopping centers. It operates on fuel oil, diesel fuel, crude oil, residual and distillate marine fuel with a viscosity of 1.25-75 cSt.

Design features

  • The model is part of a series of basic devices, the design feature of which is the presence of a control valve without locking. The screw tightening is used to adjust the pressure in the range of 7-40 atm. under the control of the pressure gauge. In the basic version, the pump is adjusted to 30 bar.

  • The device body has a place for installing a heater. This device facilitates starting the burner, reducing the load on the gear mechanism. The hole is located in such a way that the fuel heats up as quickly as possible, while eliminating direct contact with the heating element.

  • Important addition! The heater must be turned on in advance to achieve the required fuel temperature. After this, you can turn off the device or leave it on - at the discretion of the consumer.

  • It is worth noting the heat-resistant properties of the design - the pump is designed for a working fluid temperature of up to +150 degrees. The structural elements are made of wear-resistant materials, which ensures stable operation of the pump in harsh operating conditions.

  • The Suntec TAR 3 C 4010 7 fuel pump is ready for a 2-pipe connection by default. When used in systems with a single-pipe fuel line, the bypass plug is removed and the drain hole is completely closed.

  • The pump is suitable for burners of many manufacturers due to the standard connection using a flange with a diameter of 54 mm.

Advantages:

  • high-speed fuel supply to the burner;

  • high wear resistance;

  • reliable operation when working with unrefined fuel;

  • universal purpose;

  • easy pressure adjustment in the range of 7-40 bar;

  • the ability to heat the fuel for easier starting;

  • heat-resistant design;

  • installation in systems with two or one pipe.

To equip powerful industrial burners operating on liquid fuel, we recommend buying the Suntec TAR 3 C 4010 7 pump at the price of a direct supplier. You can read about all the features and operating requirements in the manufacturer's instructions (see the attached files).
