Description

The Suntec TAR 5 C 3010 7 pump has a special design for industrial use. High-performance equipment can pump 1,400 liters of fuel with a viscosity of 75 cSt at a pressure of 30 atmospheres per hour. The pump is used to equip large industrial boiler houses. The design is adapted for the installation of a heater, simplifying cold start. The model is used for fuel with a viscosity of 3-75 cSt, including diesel fuel, residual marine fuel, fuel oil, crude oil.

Features

  • The pump is manufactured taking into account intensive use, high-temperature exposure and significant loads when pumping liquid fuel with abrasive particles. The design has increased wear resistance and an increased service life. The pump is designed to work with fuel heated to +150 ºC.

  • In the factory version, the pump is ready for installation in a system with a return line. If it is missing, it is necessary to remove the bypass plug and plug the fuel drain channel.

  • The pump is equipped with a control valve without a shut-off function. The flow is interrupted manually. The pump is factory-set to 30 bar. Depending on production needs, the pressure can be adjusted within 7-30 bar. When setting up, connect a pressure gauge.

  • The design provides a special seat for installing a heater with a power of 80-100 W, which complies with the EN50262 standard. The location of the heater is selected in such a way as to exclude contact of the device with the fuel and at the same time ensure maximum heat transfer.

  • When pumping fuel oil and other highly viscous fuel, it is necessary to exclude a cold start, which can lead to breakage or damage to the working elements of the pump. The heater is turned on in advance.

Important! The Suntec TAR 5 C 3010 7 pump does not include a built-in filter. According to the manufacturer's recommendation, a 200 µm motorized filter should be installed after the pump (separate order). To avoid premature wear of the equipment when pumping fuel oil, a degasser flask must be installed.
