Description

The Suntec TV 1001 1 pressure regulating valve is a device for regulating and maintaining pressure at a given level. It is used for installation in T-series gear pumps, the design of which does not implement the ability to adjust the parameters of fuel injection to the injector.

Main characteristics and purpose

  • The device is built into pumps that distill diesel fuel or fuel oil.

  • Operational viscosity is 3-75 cSt. It is allowed to pump more viscous fuel if the recommended conditions are met after heating.

  • The feed pressure can be adjusted in the range of 2-10 bar. For these purposes, a screw is used - turning the regulator clockwise increases the pressure, counterclockwise - decreases.

  • Any position can be chosen during installation.

  • TV 1001 1 can be installed in systems with one or two pipeline lines. Excess fuel is returned to the tank in a 2-pipe layout or to a gear mechanism in single-pipe designs.

  • The fuel pumping speed is limited to 5000 l/h.

  • The permissible temperature of the working fluid in the valve is 0…+150 ºC.

  • The connecting holes for connecting the return, suction line, and nozzle comply with the ISO 228/1 standard - cylindrical thread with a diameter of G¾".
