Burner Pump Suntec TV 4001-1

The pressure control valve for liquid fuel pumps Suntec TV 4001-1 allows you to adjust and maintain the fuel pressure at a given level, taking into account the characteristics of the burner and the consumer's tasks. The pressure regulator is used to equip Suntec T-series pumps operating on diesel fuel and fuel oil. It can be built into two-pipe and single-pipe designs.

The valve is responsible for adjusting and monitoring the specified pressure parameters. A screw is used to adjust the pressure of the working fluid. By turning the regulator clockwise / counterclockwise, the pressure increases / decreases.

Characteristics

• Pressure range: 7-40 bar.

• Factory setting - 20 atmospheres.

• Fuel temperature in the valve - from 0 to +150 ºC.

• Operational viscosity of the fuel - 3-75 cSt. It is possible to pump fuel of higher viscosity if after heating it is no more than 75 cSt. Connection to the suction, return line, nozzle is carried out using a cylindrical thread with a diameter of G¾", made according to the European standard ISO 228/1.

Pump capacity limitation is 5000 l/h.

Features:

When using the valve in a single-pipe system, excess fuel is directed to the gear pair, in a two-pipe system - it is drained into the tank. Installation is carried out in any convenient position.
