Description

The Weishaupt AE 67 C 7285 4P burner pump is built into industrial liquid fuel burners. It pumps fuel under pressure up to 28 bar. This is a basic model equipped with a pressure regulating valve without a shut-off function. The performance depends on the viscosity, temperature and pressure of the fuel, and is 84 l/h at a viscosity of 5 cSt and a pressure of 11 bar.

Design and features

The pump is ready for a 2-pipe connection. The drain channel is closed with a bypass plug. When installing the pump in a single-pipe system, it is necessary to replace the bypass plug with a steel one with a washer. A manual regulator is provided to set the fuel pressure parameters.

The main working element is a gear mechanism that sucks fuel from the tank, passes it through a built-in filter with a working area of 6 cm², pushes it to the pressure regulating valve and then to the nozzle. Excess fuel is sent to the return line for a two-pipe connection, or to the suction line for a one-pipe system configuration.

Air is bled automatically in units with a return line, and through the bypass hole in the nozzle line coupling in one-pipe units.

This model does not have a shut-off function. An external solenoid valve, purchased separately, is used to provide it.

Characteristics and features:

  • Working environment: diesel fuel;

  • Nozzle pressure setting in the range of 8-28 bar, default - 14 bar;

  • Design for one-pipe and two-pipe systems (factory supply - with a bypass plug);

  • Use in systems with an external solenoid valve;

  • Mesh filter at the inlet to remove solid particles from 150 µm;

  • Counterclockwise rotation / outlet to the nozzle on the left side;

  • Pressure regulating valve without a shut-off function;

  • installation using a flange connection ∅ 54 mm;

  • placement in any position, except with the axis up;

  • operating temperatures (fuel t in the pump): 0...+60 °C;

  • automatic release of excess air in two-pipe installations;

  • permissible fuel viscosity: 2...75 cSt;

  • filtration degree: 150 microns.

Application

Diesel pumps for burners are used in industrial heating systems, technological heat supply equipment. Suitable for liquid fuel burners of a wide range of manufacturers..

Suntec AE pumps and other equipment can be selected in the catalog.
