Description

The Weishaupt AJ V 6 CE 1013 4P burner pump, art.: 601751, is characterized by high performance, wear resistance, and versatility. Suitable for pumping diesel fuel and biodiesel. The flow rate reaches 248 l/h at a pressure of 20 bar and a fuel viscosity of 5 cSt. The pump is used for heating systems with single-pipe and double-pipe connections. The nozzle pressure is adjusted in the range of 10-20 bar.

Design and installation

The Weishaupt AJ pump is made of wear-resistant, durable materials designed for contact with fuel, high pressure and intensive loads. The main working unit is a gear mechanism, which is responsible for moving fuel from the tank to the injector line under a given pressure. The fuel is pre-cleaned from dirt, passing through a mesh detachable filter with 120x150 μm holes.

In the basic version, the pump is assembled for systems with a return line. With a single-pipe connection, the bypass plug must be unscrewed and the drain channel must be tightly closed. The pump includes a valve that regulates the pressure on the injector and provides a shut-off function. To automate the fuel supply to the injector, an external electromagnetic valve must be installed.

The Weishaupt AJ burner pump is installed using a flange connection ∅ 54 mm. The body has ports for connecting pressure measuring devices.
