The Suntec AJ V 6 CE 1013 4P burner pump with fittings and gaskets, art.: 21810506012, is designed for pumping diesel fuel, biodiesel fuel mixture B10 under high pressure. Maintains stable pressure parameters. Equipped with a special shaft seal for safe operation.

The Suntec AJ pump is used:

• in 1-pipe and 2-pipe configuration systems;

• for supplying fuel with a viscosity of 2-75 cSt;

• in combination with an external solenoid valve (not included).

Features of the AJ series

The AJ series pump is equipped with a pressure regulating valve, which also provides a shut-off function, an O-ring seal in the connections to the suction and return pipeline. It is characterized by low internal pressure losses.

• the ability to pump a biodiesel mixture;

• operating range 10-30 bar, factory adjustment at 12 bar;

• flange mount ∅54 mm;

• filter with mesh insert, holes 120x150 µm, cleaning area – 30 cm²;

• automatic bleeding of excess air with a two-pipe connection (in single-pipe installations – through the open pressure gauge port).

Application

The Suntec AJ burner pump is supplied with a bypass plug in the drain hole, which allows it to be installed in a two-pipe system. When using the pump in a design without a return line, the bypass plug must be removed and replaced with a blind steel plug.
