Description

The Weishaupt AL V 30 C 9611 4P 0700 burner pump with fittings, art: 24120006082, can pump diesel and biodiesel fuel. Equipped with a locking solenoid valve with a shut-off function. It is used in single-stage burners with or without a return line. The feed pressure is adjustable in the range of 4-18 bar, factory set to 9 bar. It is installed in WL20 burners.

Features

The pump is assembled for a 2-pipe connection. If there is no return line, it is necessary to unscrew the bypass plug and hermetically close the drain channel. Excess fuel returns to the tank or goes to the gear teeth, depending on the system configuration.

The pump is equipped with Viton seals, which expands the scope of application. The working environment can be not only diesel fuel, but also a B10 biodiesel mixture.

Design

Suntec AL is made of wear- and corrosion-resistant materials. The main working element is a pair of gears in engagement. The gear device sucks fuel from the tank and passes it through the filter and pressure-regulating valve, moving it to the injector line under a given pressure. A mesh metal filter with 150 μm holes prevents damage and early wear of the gear pair. An electromagnetic normally-closed valve is installed in the injector line and quickly responds regardless of the shaft speed.

The electrical components of the pump are protected from dust and splashes of water according to the IP54 standard. The design is designed to pump fuel with a temperature in the range of 0 ... + 60ºC. The pump is mounted using a ∅ 32 mm sleeve connection. The body has ⅛ inch ports for a pressure gauge and a vacuum gauge.

Installation of an additional fine filter will prevent clogging of the injector and loss of combustion system performance (optional).
