Description

The Weishaupt ALV65C 9609 6P0700R burner pump without fittings is part of a series with a regulating and electromagnetic shut-off valve. It is used in single-stage diesel burners for pumping fuel under pressure up to 15 bar. It is characterized by high reliability, stable feed pressure parameters, and universal installation.

Pump design

The compact body of the Weishaupt ALV65C 9609 6P0700R burner pump contains a gear working mechanism connected to the drive shaft, electromagnetic and control valves, a mesh filter, outlets for connection to a pipeline, nozzle, pressure gauge and vacuum gauge ports. The design is made according to the IP54 dust and moisture protection standard. In the factory assembly, the pump is ready for installation in a 2-pipe system. A bypass plug is inserted into the return line hole. It must be replaced with a steel plug when using the pump in one-pipe systems. The standard shaft and sleeve dimensions allow the pump to be used in burners of most manufacturers.
