Description
The Weishaupt AL V 95 C 9427 4P 0700 burner pump, art.: 21110406032, is installed in heating systems with a capacity of up to 1000 kW. Due to the standard fit, compact dimensions and optimal performance characteristics, it is suitable for most single-stage burners from well-known manufacturers. The fuel pumping rate reaches 128 l/h when the pressure is set to 11 bar and a viscosity of 5 cSt. Universal equipment is used to work with diesel fuel and a biodiesel mixture. The pump includes an electromagnetic shut-off valve and a valve regulating the pressure on the nozzle in the range of 8-15 bar.
Design
A pair of wear-resistant gears in engagement are responsible for sucking fuel from the tank and moving it to the nozzle. Before entering the gear mechanism, the fuel is cleaned of foreign particles larger than 150 microns. For maximum protection of the injector, an additional fine filter (optional) should be used.
The feed pressure is set at the factory to 12 bar and can be adjusted using the regulator in the range of 8-15 bar. To cut off the flow in the injector line, an electromagnetic normally-closed valve is installed, which instantly operates regardless of the shaft speed.
The electrical components are reliably protected from dust and splashes of water according to the IP54 standard. The pump design is designed to work with fuel at a temperature of 0 ... + 60ºC. The Weishaupt AL pump is mounted using a flange connection ∅ 54 mm. The body has standard ⅛ inch ports for connecting a pressure gauge and a vacuum gauge.
