Description

The liquid fuel pump AT2 V 45 C 9602 4P 0700 operates in two modes with different fuel supply pressure to the injector. The model replaces the discontinued pumps AT2 V 45 C 9602 4P 0500 and AT2 45 C 9563 2P 0500. The design is equipped with mechanical and electromagnetic valves. The outlet to the injector line is on the right side, the shaft rotates clockwise. A special feature of this version is its universal purpose - the pump pumps biodiesel and diesel fuel with a viscosity of 2-12 cSt.

Design features

  • The pump in the basic version is adapted for a 2-pipe system. When forming an installation with one pipe, the bypass plug should be dismantled and a steel one should be installed instead, closing the outlet to the return line. The design contains special shaft seals made of Viton, which makes it possible to work not only with diesel fuel, but also with biodiesel.

  • The gear pair pumps the working fluid from the tank to the spool valves, after passing it through a mesh filter with a cell size of 150 microns, which retains rust, sand and other foreign impurities.

  • The spool valves control the fuel pressure at the feed. Screw regulators are used for adjustment. Switching between modes (spool valves) is carried out by a "normally open" bypass electromagnetic valve. In its normal position, the fuel enters under low pressure of the 1st stage. When the valve is closed, the 2nd stage (high pressure) is launched. Excess fuel that does not pass through the injector line is sent back to the tank or to the gear teeth, depending on the configuration of the fuel line.
