Description

The Weishaupt AT2 V 45 C 9602 4P 0700 burner pump with fittings, art.: 24131306012, operates in low (8-15 bar) and high (12-25 bar) pressure modes. It can pump diesel fuel and biodiesel B10 with a viscosity of 2-12 cSt. It is installed in single-pipe and double-pipe systems. The performance depends on the viscosity of the fuel and the discharge pressure. The pump is preset at the factory.

Device and features

The pump is made of wear-resistant materials, equipped with a mesh metal filter, two gate valves and two electromagnetic valves (one in the nozzle line, the second in the bypass channel). Electrical components are protected from dust and moisture according to the IP54 standard. Permissible operating temperatures: 0 ... + 60 ºC.

The standard version is prepared for a 2-pipe connection. When installed in a single-pipe unit, the bypass plug must be unscrewed and the fuel drain hole must be sealed. Excess flammable liquid that does not pass through the nozzle is returned to the tank or to the gear device, depending on the connection option.

Viton shaft seals allow safe pumping of biodiesel. Installation is carried out using a ∅ 32 mm sleeve fit. Screw regulators are provided to set the operating pressure parameters. The body has standard ports for measuring devices (pressure gauge and vacuum gauge).
