Description

The Suntec AT2 V 55 C K 9605 4P 0700 pump has one outlet to the nozzle and two pressure modes (high and low). The pump is equipped with two electromagnetic valves - shut-off and bypass. It is used to equip burners burning diesel fuel, biofuel B10, kerosene. Universal mount (EN 225) allows you to build the pump into burners of most manufacturers.

Features

  • The pump is manufactured according to European safety and electrical protection standards. The equipment meets the IP54 standard when using the SUNTEC connecting cable. The nozzle connection is located on the left.

  • The main working mechanism is a pair of gears. For their long service life, a 150 μm mesh filter is installed at the fuel inlet, which holds back all abrasive impurities.

  • The electromagnetic "normally open" bypass valve switches between low and high pressure modes.

  • The shut-off solenoid valve is located in the injector line, which ensures instantaneous operation. When it is active, fuel passes to the injector under the pressure set by the regulating (spool) valves.

  • The pump is factory assembled and ready for a 2-pipe connection. To create a single-pipe design, the bypass plug should be removed and a steel plug with a washer should be installed instead.

  • Depending on the system features, excess fuel is sent to the tank or passes to the suction line.

  • The pressure is adjusted to meet the needs in the range: 8-15 bar and 12-25 bar (9 and 22 bar - the "default" setting). The flow rate reaches 55 l / h with a fuel viscosity of 5 cSt.
