Description

The Weishaupt J 6 CCE 1002 5P burner pump, art.: 601150, is used in industrial heating and process units for pumping diesel fuel and medium-viscosity fuel. The capacity reaches 226 l/h (20 bar/ 5 cSt). The feed pressure is set at the factory and can be changed in the range of 10-30 bar.

Features:

Design and installation

The pump is made of materials resistant to high pressure, contact with fuel, and wear. The key working unit is a pair of gears that suck fuel from the tank and move it to the injector line. A mesh metal filter prevents the gear pair from jamming. It is easy to disassemble for cleaning from dirt.

The design is ready for a 2-pipe connection. When used in systems without a return line, it is necessary to remove the bypass plug and close the drain channel. The pump includes a valve that regulates the pressure on the injector. Installing an additional electromagnetic valve will provide a locking function.

A flange connection of ∅ 54 mm is used to install the pump. The pressure is adjusted using a regulator on the body. Ports are provided for measuring equipment and monitoring operating parameters.
