Description

The Weishaupt J 7 CCE 1002 4P burner pump, art: 601151, is designed for increased loads and operation with fuel heated to +90ºC. It is equipped with a pressure regulating valve without a shut-off function. To implement it, you need to purchase an external electromagnetic valve. The pump is designed for pumping diesel, fuel oil and other medium-viscosity fuels. The feed rate reaches 287 l/h at a pressure of 20 bar and a viscosity of 5 cSt.

Design and features

The liquid fuel gear pump is designed to complete Weishaupt burners. The design is designed to work with heavy fuel heated to +90ºC. The main working element is a gear mechanism that draws fuel from the tank and directs it to the nozzle under a given pressure through the regulating valve.

For long service life of gears, protection against jamming and damage by coarse foreign inclusions, a serviceable filter with 170 µm holes and a working area of ​​45 cm² is placed at the pump inlet. The mesh must be periodically inspected and cleaned of dirt when clogged.

A special feature of the design is a bypass hole in the nozzle line, so a shut-off function is not provided. To shut off the flow, the pump is equipped with an external solenoid valve (purchased separately).

The pump is mounted using a 54 mm flange connection. Standard fit in accordance with EN-225 expands the possibilities of using the pump.

The pump is suitable for 1-pipe and 2-pipe connection schemes. In the factory version, it is ready for installation in a system with a return line. A plug is mounted in the bypass line hole. If the pump is installed in a single-pipe system, the bypass plug must be replaced with a blind steel plug.

Excess air is discharged through the open port of the pressure gauge with a single-pipe connection or automatically with a two-pipe pipeline configuration.

The pump pumps fuel under a pressure of 10-30 bar, which is set when configuring the system. The pressure regulating valve maintains the specified pumping parameters. By default, the pump is set to 12 bar. To control the pressure, the pump body has pressure gauge and vacuum gauge ports.
