Description
Electric motor (motor) RHE 602SE for forced-draft burners (used with clutch 3000443)
The compact single-phase asynchronous motor RHE 602SE with a power consumption of 150 W is manufactured by a European company and serves as a power electric drive for forced-draft heating burners using liquid fuel. The device is powered from single-phase networks with a voltage of 230 V with a frequency of 50/60 Hz. Convenient installation using a flange connection, a high-strength shaft made of alloy steel and optimal energy efficiency are the main advantages of the RHE 602SE electric motor.
Technical features:
The die-cast aluminum alloy casing has high anti-corrosion properties and provides protection of workers from electric shock with IP20 rating.
The unit can be used in dry rooms with low dust content in the air and do not allow mechanical particles with a diameter of less than 12.5 mm to get on the housing.
It is possible to start the electric motor directly using a power contactor or smoothly operate it using a frequency converter. The second method is more economical and contributes to a long service life of the device.
Advantages of the model:
increased service life of the moving parts of the motor and power windings;
small dimensions and light weight;
convenient installation and simple electrical connection (power cable 170/330 mm included);
heat resistance of the insulating material - F.
The RHE 150 W asynchronous electric motor is made of high-quality materials that have undergone strict incoming inspection. The debugged and constantly monitored technology for the manufacture of electrical products, especially the stator and rotor windings and their insulation, contribute to the high reliability of the motors. Each finished product is tested for compliance with the technical parameters stated in the device passport.
Strict adherence to the installation, maintenance and operation rules required by the manufacturer guarantees long-term and trouble-free operation of the unit.
