Description
The Riello ignition electrode 147 mm, art.: 3004842 is used in liquid fuel installations for spark ignition of fuel. It is used to assemble automatic burner ignition systems. Instantly forms a high-voltage electric discharge that ignites the fuel when current is supplied from the transformer. Conforms to European electrical safety standards.
Main elements of the ignition electrode
The ignition electrode consists of:
a high-voltage current conductor made of corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant alloy;
fixed electrical and thermal insulation made of ceramics.
Ceramics are characterized by high electrical and mechanical strength, ensures safe flow of high-voltage current to the ignition rod, prevents leaks.
Application
The ignition electrode is used for assembly and maintenance of the ignition unit of Riello PRESS industrial fuel oil burners.
Advantages:
confident, fast ignition of fuel by spark discharge;
heat-resistant ceramic insulation;
reliable contact with the ignition cable.
For effective and safe ignition of the burner, it is necessary to service and replace the ignition electrode in a timely manner.
