Description
The Riello 153 mm ignition electrode block, art.: 3006072, is designed to effectively ignite the fuel-air mixture when starting a diesel burner. It is connected to a transformer to obtain the high-voltage current required to form a high-voltage electric spark. The block includes two ignition electrodes, rigidly fixed in an optimal position by a single ceramic insulation.
Features and specifications:
Conductive electrode rods made of alloy resistant to high temperatures and electrochemical corrosion;
Common fixed insulation housing made of ceramics with high dielectric strength to protect against current leaks and short circuits;
Parameters of the working (igniting) part of the rod: Ø2.8 / 1.8x22.8 mm;
Size of the fixed insulation of the current conductor: 50x37.9x15.4 mm.
Application
The ignition electrode block is used for assembly and maintenance of Riello 40 F 5 diesel burners.
Advantages:
Efficient spark ignition of the burner;
Heat-resistant ceramic insulation;
Single housing that fixes the electrodes;
Simple installation and replacement.
Maintenance
For uninterrupted ignition of the burner, it is necessary to check the ignition electrodes, clean them from dirt, replace them if cracks appear on the insulation, or the ignition rods burn out. Timely maintenance and replacement of the electrodes minimizes the burner start-up time, promotes safe ignition, and saves fuel.
