Description
The Riello ignition electrode 194 mm, art. 3006906, is part of the automatic ignition system of the gas burner. Provides the creation of a high-voltage spark to ignite the prepared gas-air mixture. Manufactured in accordance with electrical safety standards in force in Europe.
The main elements of the ignition electrode:
A conductive rod made of metal resistant to high temperatures and corrosion;
Fixed insulation Ø10x70 mm made of heat-resistant ceramics with electrical and mechanical strength;
Moving ceramic insulation measuring Ø2.9x50/32 mm.
Ceramics provide reliable protection of the current conductor from external influences, prevents current leaks.
Operating principle
When the step-up transformer generates high voltage, the electrode forms a spark discharge, igniting the gas-air mixture.
Advantages:
Instant spark ignition;
movable and fixed ceramic insulation;
easy installation, cleaning and replacement.
Application
The Riello electrode, article number: 3006906, is built into the ignition unit of the Riello gas burner.
