For continuous flame control during burner operation, the Riello 650 mm ionization electrode, article: 3012188, is used – one of the elements of the heat generator safety system. The sensor has a simple design, consists of a metal body and an ignition rod. The electrode is connected to the combustion control unit and sends signals about the presence (absence) of the torch. In case of flame extinguishing, the automation immediately stops the fuel supply and switches off the burner.
