Description
The Riello ignition electrode, art. 3012917, is designed for reliable operation of the spark ignition system of the burner. It is connected to a transformer that generates high-voltage current. When current is received, it produces an electric high-voltage discharge that ignites the fuel.
Main characteristics and features:
Electrode composition: metal current conductor, protective insulation, connection;
rod made of alloy resistant to high-temperature effects, electrochemical corrosion;
fixed and movable insulation body that does not allow current leaks;
insulation material - heat-resistant ceramics with high electrical and mechanical strength;
connection to the high-voltage cable using a plug.
Application
The ignition electrode is built into the spark ignition unit of the Riello burner.
Advantages:
fast, safe ignition by electric spark;
reliable electrical and thermal insulation of the conductor;
reliable contact with the ignition cable using a plug;
easy installation, maintenance and replacement.
Maintenance
For reliable operation of the ignition system, it is necessary to regularly check the integrity of the insulation, remove settled dust and carbon deposits from the electrode, and replace the electrode if necessary.
