Description
The Riello 275 mm ignition electrode, art. 3013451, is part of the automatic ignition unit of a diesel/combined burner. It is connected to the ignition transformer to obtain high-voltage current and create an igniting spark. Manufactured in accordance with European quality and electrical safety standards.
Device
The ignition electrode consists of:
a metal conductor through which high-voltage current flows;
fixed ceramic insulation Ø10x235 mm;
a Ø6 mm plug for quick and reliable connection to the ignition cable.
Ceramics, which act as an insulator, ensure the safe flow of high-voltage current, eliminating leaks. The alloy from which the conductor is made is characterized by resistance to temperature effects, is not subject to electrochemical corrosion.
Advantages:
instant ignition of the combustible mixture by a high-voltage spark;
heat-resistant fixed insulation;
easy installation, connection to cable and replacement in case of damage/burnout.
Application
The ignition electrode is manufactured to equip industrial diesel and dual-fuel burners Riello series RL 300 (400)/B МZ and RLS 300 (400)/ВР МХ.
