UV Flame Sensor Riello QRA2M

The Riello QRA2M flame sensor, art.: 3003396, is used to organize an uninterrupted system for monitoring the combustion of yellow and blue flames during operation of an industrial burner. It is equipped with a highly sensitive photocell that responds to ultraviolet radiation. It is connected to the furnace automatic control and transmits signals about the presence/absence of flame to control the fuel supply.

The sensor is equipped with a metallized plastic housing that prevents the formation of static electricity created by the air flow when the fan is running. It is mounted on the burner. This model is supplied without a flange and clamp. The level of dust and moisture protection of the housing corresponds to the IP 40 standard.

The flame sensor includes a photocell that is sensitive to ultraviolet radiation of yellow and blue flames. The device does not respond to the light spectrum from hot firebricks, sunlight, or boiler room lighting, so it does not require increased safety measures.
