Photoresistive Flame Detector Weishaupt QRB1A-B080B70A

The Weishaupt QRB1A-B080B70A flame sensor is used in industrial liquid fuel installations to monitor yellow flame radiation in the visible light spectrum. It works together with the LAL/ LMV/ LOA/ LMO furnace controller, to which it transmits the corresponding electrical signals about flame detection.

The flame sensor allows for lateral and frontal measurements. Assembled in a compact case with an integrated thermoplastic power cable for connection to the control unit. Mounting on the burner is carried out using a flange, which is not included in the standard package (purchased separately).

The photoresistor can react to parts of the radiation spectrum of foreign objects: lining bricks in the furnace, lighting fixtures and other sources, so it is necessary to take additional protective measures when installing the sensor.

When installing and operating the device, condensation, ice formation, and moisture penetration into the case are not allowed.
