The Weishaupt QRB1A flame sensor with an X10.05 plug, art.: 21110412082, detects the radiation of a yellow burning liquid fuel flame. It is connected to a furnace automatic control with an intermittent working cycle. It transmits electrical signals about the presence/absence of a flame to the automatic control for fuel supply. It is characterized by reliable performance, compact dimensions, a wide visibility zone, ease of installation and connection.

Flame sensor design

The flame sensor has a compact design. The housing protects the photoresistive element from external influences. A two-wire cable 800 mm long with an insulating PVC sheath is connected to it. The plug connection allows you to quickly connect the sensor to the combustion manager.

Safety precautions

Flame sensors for Siemens QRB1 burners are capable of responding to parts of the spectrum of other radiation sources (lamps in the workroom, brick cladding, sunlight, etc.), and therefore it is necessary to take standard safety measures to protect against light interference.
