Oil nozzle Riello 1.00/60° W

The Riello 1.00/60° W nozzle, art.: 3042072 creates a uniform, stable spray when working with fuel of any viscosity. Transforms fuel injected under pressure into an aerosol for easy mixing with air and obtaining a homogeneous, flammable mixture.

Nozzle features:

Spray parameters

Spray pattern - semi-solid. The jet shape changes depending on the viscosity and pressure of the pump from hollow cone to full cone. At low flow rates, the jet pattern is hollower (droplets are distributed around the circumference of the cone), while at higher speeds, the spray becomes denser. The cone angle is 60° at a pressure of 10 bar.

Design

The body and parts are made of brass and stainless steel, which contributes to resistance to wear and corrosion. Brass quickly removes heat from the nozzle surface. The nozzle includes a swirl with tangential grooves, a clamping screw, a disk with holes, and a filter with pressed balls. Thanks to the built-in filter with an increased cleaning area, the channels and holes are protected from clogging with mechanical particles.
