Oil nozzle Riello 35.00/60° B

The Riello 35.00/60° B nozzle, art.: 3042522, creates a fine atomization of liquid fuel to obtain a homogeneous mixture with air. The prepared fuel-air mixture is easily ignited, guarantees stable, clean combustion with maximum heat output. The nozzle characteristics allow it to be used in industrial and domestic burners.

Main parameters and features of the nozzle:

• 60° cone spray, solid pattern;

• for installations with a flow rate of no more than 35 gph;

• permissible deviation of flow from the nominal value ± 4%;

• stable atomization of any liquid fuel.

Design

The nozzle is made of brass and stainless steel. Brass quickly removes heat from the surface of the nozzle, and stainless steel extends the service life of the dosing elements due to its high wear resistance. To protect the atomizer from clogging, it is necessary to clean the flow from contaminants. The nozzle is mounted using a threaded connection. A special projection for the key simplifies screwing in.

Spray characteristics

Series B are nozzles with full-cone spray (solid pattern). When working with viscous fuel, the jet tends to narrow, which results in a long and narrow flame. This nozzle model is optimal for boilers with long, narrow combustion chambers, in which 60° spraying is sufficient.
