The Riello 5.00/60° B nozzle, art.: 3042192, is a brass nozzle with a full cone spray pattern and improved characteristics. The use of a new process for processing parts made it possible to create a nozzle with a more precise spray angle and uniform droplet distribution throughout the entire volume of the jet.

Composition of the spray nozzle

The nozzle consists of a brass body with a conical head, a disk, a swirl, and a clamping screw made of steel. The design includes a mesh metal filter to clean the flow from impurities and prevent clogging of the atomizer. Precise processing of the dosing parts made it possible to create a device with minimal tolerances.

Spray characteristics

The B series of fuel nozzles is characterized by a continuous spray pattern. The fuel flow is crushed into microscopic particles that are evenly distributed inside the jet. As the flow rate increases, the cone becomes more hollow. In burners burning high-viscosity fuel, the spray pattern tends to narrow (long and narrow flame). This is corrected by increasing the pump pressure. This nozzle provides a 60° spray. This spray angle promotes efficient combustion of fuel in long, narrow combustion chambers.
