Oil nozzle Riello 6.00/60° PLP

The Riello 6.00/60° PLP nozzle, art.: 3043212, is designed for use in domestic and industrial high-pressure burners burning fuel oil, diesel and other liquid fuels. It creates an aerosol spray of fuel to obtain a homogeneous fuel-air mixture, rapid ignition, stable combustion and maximum boiler efficiency.

The PLP series nozzle is distinguished by:

Spray characteristics

The PLP series nozzle atomizes the fuel supplied under pressure with a 60° cone. Semi-solid atomization with a concentration of fuel droplets along the circumference leads to rapid ignition and quiet combustion. The spray pattern may vary depending on the pump pressure. Viscous fuels affect the width of the cone, the angle of which narrows, which results in a longer and narrower torch.

The flow rate of the Riello nozzle does not exceed 6 gal/h. The reliability of the design and the stability of the spray parameters allow the nozzle to be used in domestic and industrial liquid fuel combustion systems.

The nozzle size, flow rate and spray pattern are checked electronically and visually. The nozzle meets global environmental and quality standards. Placed in a protective case with a lid.
