The Riello 6.50/60° B nozzle, art.: 3042222, creates a uniform spray pattern with a solid pattern when working with fuel of any viscosity. Participates in the preparation of the fuel mixture before combustion. Developed based on advanced fuel atomizer production technologies.

Nozzle design

The main elements of the nozzle are a brass body with a conical head, a disk, a swirl, and a clamping screw. The use of stainless steel in the manufacture of metering parts ensures durability due to the wear-resistant properties of the metal. The design includes a mesh filter that protects the spray unit from clogging and damage. Thanks to the use of a new process for processing parts, a more accurate feed angle and an even more uniform distribution of fuel droplets throughout the entire volume of the jet have been achieved.
