Oil nozzle Riello 8.50/45° HO

The Riello 8.50/45° HO nozzle, art.: 3043261 is used in domestic and industrial high-pressure liquid fuel burners. The main function is to prepare the fuel for easy ignition, clean, efficient combustion. The nozzle turns the fuel into a fine aerosol, which leads to the formation of a homogeneous fuel-air mixture. The filter is not included in the kit.

The HO series nozzle is distinguished by:

• a round head made of stainless steel;

• a hollow spray pattern with a concentration of droplets along the circumference;

• stable operation with fuel of any viscosity (diesel fuel, fuel oil, oil);

• an accurate and stable spray angle;

• optimal sizes of holes and channels, eliminating clogging;

• standard threaded connection.

Spray characteristics

The HO series nozzles have a hollow spray cone pattern. The directed jet is filled with small fuel droplets, located closely concentrated close to the walls of the cone. The spray angle of 45° is suitable for fuel combustion in narrow and long combustion chambers.

The Riello nozzle can be used in fuel oil, diesel fuel, oil combustion systems of any purpose, with a flow rate of up to 8.5 gal/h. The well-thought-out nozzle design and precise processing of parts on automated equipment ensure uniform and stable atomization. All operating parameters, including throughput and spray pattern, are checked and tested on electronic equipment.
