Oil nozzle Weishaupt 2.25/60° S

The Weishaupt 2.25/60° S nozzle, art. 612217, is used in domestic and industrial liquid fuel burners for efficient fuel atomization with a solid cone jet with fine particles, which ensures uniform mixing with air, rapid ignition of the prepared mixture and high combustion quality.

More about the nozzle

The nozzle is manufactured using modern technologies. It atomizes fuel with a solid cone at 60°. Throughput: 2.25 gal/h.

• The design is made of stainless steel. The main elements: a housing with a round head and thread for installation at the operating location, a filter with sintered bronze balls. Due to the granulated filler with an increased cleaning area, clogging of the channels and holes of the atomizer with solid particles is prevented, the spray characteristics are maintained throughout the entire service life (throughput, angle and spray pattern).

Installation

The Weishaupt nozzle is screwed into the burner using a thread and tightened with a key. There is a protrusion around the body for easy gripping.
