Oil nozzle Weishaupt 4.50/60° PLP

The Weishaupt 4.50/60° PLP nozzle, art. 602217, prepares liquid fuel for clean, efficient combustion. It transforms the fuel into a fine aerosol, which results in the formation of a homogeneous, highly flammable fuel-air mixture. The spray pattern can change depending on the flow rate. To maintain the spray parameters, the nozzle is equipped with a mesh metal filter.

The PLP series nozzle is distinguished by:

Spray characteristics

The PLP series nozzles have a semi-solid spray pattern. The directed jet is filled with small droplets of fuel located close to the walls of the cone. The pattern can vary from full cone to half cone depending on the pump pressure. The spray angle of 60° is optimal for burning fuel in narrow and long combustion chambers.

The Weishaupt nozzle can be used in domestic and industrial systems for burning fuel oil, diesel fuel, and oil with a flow rate of up to 4.5 gph. The well-thought-out design of the nozzle and precise machining of parts on automated equipment ensure uniform and stable atomization.
