Oil nozzle Weishaupt 6.00/60° PLP

The Weishaupt 6.00/60° PLP nozzle, art. 602220, is designed to convert liquid fuel into a fine aerosol and prepare the combustible mixture before combustion. Uniform spraying results in quick and quiet ignition, stable flame combustion, maximum heat transfer and low levels of harmful emissions.

The PLP series nozzle features:

• a round stainless steel head;

• a semi-solid spray pattern;

• universal characteristics (for diesel fuel, fuel oil, oil, etc.);

• an accurate and stable spray angle;

• optimal hole and channel sizes that prevent clogging;

• a standard threaded connection.

Spray characteristics

This series of nozzles has a semi-solid spray pattern. The directed jet is filled with the smallest droplets of fuel, concentrated closer to the walls of the cone. The pattern can vary from full cone to half cone depending on the pressure. The fuel nozzle atomizes the combustible liquid with a jet angle of 60°, which is optimal for combustion in narrow and long combustion chambers. When using high-viscosity fuel, the spray cone narrows, which produces a longer and narrower torch.

The Weishaupt nozzle is designed for use in combustion systems with a flow rate of up to 6 gal/h. The sophisticated nozzle design and high-precision machining of the parts ensure a uniform spray.
