Oil nozzle Weishaupt WB3S1 40/45°

The Weishaupt WB3S1 40/45° nozzle, art.: 602575, is designed for intensive industrial use and working with fuel of any viscosity. It breaks the flow into tiny particles, evenly sprays fuel oil, diesel and other types of liquid fuel. By supplying fuel in the form of an aerosol, optimal miscibility of fuel with air and high quality of the finished mixture are achieved.

Features

The nozzle is universal, suitable for various types of liquid fuel. It is assembled in a brass body. The dosing elements and mesh filter are made of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion, wear, and temperature changes. Due to the cleaning of the flow from contaminants, clogging of the passage channel and holes is prevented, which contributes to a long service life of the atomizer.

The nozzle is built into the ignition unit using a threaded connection; a protrusion is provided for screwing in and tightening with a key. The standard threaded fit expands the possibilities of using the nozzle.

The Weishaupt nozzle atomizes fuel with a 45° jet. The capacity reaches 40 gph.
