Pressure switch Dungs GGW 10 A4/2

The Dungs GGW 10 A4/2 pressure relay is manufactured according to the European standard of safety and reliability, certified according to EN 1854. It is intended for equipping automatic burner control systems in furnace units with a pressure of no more than 500 mbar. The device is part of a series with improved signal conductivity characteristics, high response accuracy and increased dust and moisture protection.

Features

• The relay turns on, turns off or switches the electrical circuit when the pressure reaches a specified value. The use of gold-plated contacts in the device improves the quality of signal transmission.

• The parameters are adjusted manually in the range from 1 to 10 mbar using a rotary disk and a marking scale. The response interval is 0.5 mbar. The reliable design functions stably at ambient and working temperatures from -15°C to +70°C

• The moisture-proof, dust-proof metal housing, which complies with the IP 65 standard, ensures reliable operation of the relay in difficult operating conditions.

• The base of the device is made of cast aluminum, the casing is made of zinc, with a powder coating against corrosion, the switch is made of polycarbonate, the membrane is made of butadiene-nitrile rubber. A measuring nipple is built into the housing.

• The relay is screwed into the pipeline using a thread. Installation is carried out in a vertical position (recommended) or in another spatial orientation. At the same time, deviation from the standard placement entails a shift in the response point relative to the set value within ± 15%, which must be taken into account during installation.
