Description
The Dungs GGW 150 A4 pressure switch is an important element of the gas installation. It is used for automatic burner control in systems with a pressure of no more than 500 mbar. The device is characterized by stable and accurate operation, compact dimensions and reliable service. It is suitable for most models of furnace units of famous brands.
Features
When the pressure changes relative to the set value, the contact closes and a signal is transmitted to the control device. The response point is adjusted in a wide range, from 30 to 150 mbar, using a rotating wheel with digital markings. The response interval is 3 mbar.
The relay has a compact housing with a cast aluminum base. The transparent casing and switch are made of high-quality polycarbonate, the membrane is made of wear-resistant butadiene-nitrile rubber. Gold-plated contacts improve conductive properties and contribute to accurate and uninterrupted switching. Electrical components are sealed against external influences according to IP 54. Performance characteristics allow using the relay at ambient and working environment temperatures from -15°C to +70°C.
The device is easy to install and connect. Integration into the line is performed in a vertical position (basic) or in any other. In this case, it should be taken into account that the response point will differ from the specified parameters within ±15%, depending on the selected position. For detailed information on installation details, the specification for the device is available on the website.
