Pressure switch Dungs GGW 3 A4/2

The Dungs GGW 3 A4/2 pressure switch complies with EN 1854. It is used in automatic burner control systems in furnace units with a pressure of up to 500 mbar. The device features enhanced protection against external influences and improved signal conductivity.

Features

• The relay switches the electrical circuit on, off or on when the pressure reaches a specified trip point. The presence of gold-plated contacts ensures precise, uninterrupted switching.

• The parameters are adjusted within the range from 0.4 to 3 mbar by turning the wheel with markings. The response interval is 0.3 mbar. The relay can be used in a wide temperature range, from: -15°C to +70°C

• The sealed metal housing reliably protects electrical components from external influences, class IP65. The base is cast from aluminum, the casing is made from zinc, treated with powder coating to prevent corrosion, the switch is made from polycarbonate, the membrane is made from butadiene-nitrile rubber. A measuring nipple Ø9 mm is built into the housing.

• The device is easy to install and connect. Installation is carried out vertically (recommended position) or in any other position - horizontal, diagonal, inverted. With a non-standard spatial orientation, it should be taken into account that the response will occur earlier / later than the specified switching parameter within ± 15%.
