The Dungs GGW 50 A4/2 pressure switch is a compact device for use in gas automation. It is characterized by easy adjustment of the switching point, a high level of electrical protection, and improved signal conductivity. It is used in furnace units with a system pressure of up to 500 mbar. The device is manufactured according to the European standard EN 1854.

Design and features

• A special feature of this series of relays is complete protection against moisture and dust. The metal impermeable housing is made of cast aluminum and zinc according to the IP 65 standard.

• The cover is covered with powder coating to eliminate corrosion processes. The switch is made of polycarbonate, the membrane is made of butadiene-nitrile rubber. A measuring nipple Ø9 mm is built into the housing. Reliable design allows you to operate the device in difficult conditions, at temperatures from -15 ° C to + 70 ° C.

• The sensor turns on/switches/turns off the electrical circuit when the pressure changes by a set value. The switching point is adjusted manually by scrolling a special wheel with digital markings. Adjustment range: 2.5 - 50 mbar, response - 1 mbar.

• The use of gold-plated contacts ensures high signal quality and uninterrupted switching.

• The relay is installed in the pipeline using a thread, which contributes to the reliability of the connection and does not require time. Recommended placement is vertical. You can also mount the device in another position: horizontal, diagonal, inverted - in this case, the response will occur at a lower / higher pressure (up to ± 15%), depending on the selected orientation.
