Description
The Dungs GGW 50 A4-U pressure switch, article 246178, is a compact, reliable device for monitoring differential gas and air pressure in industrial combustion units. The device complies with EN 1854, type "S". The model is designed for vacuum.
Main operating parameters
Permissible pressure in the system: -500 mbar.
Adjustment within: from -2.5 to -50 mbar.
Response interval: 0-1 mbar.
Environment: gas of 1-3 families, flue, exhaust, neutral gases, air.
Permissible operating temperature: -15°C to +70°C.
Connection: threaded Rp 1/4 inch.
Features and accessories
The switch is used when the lower pressure (G 1/8 (-)) is lower than atmospheric. The switching mechanism reacts to the differential pressure between the chambers, closing, opening or switching the contacts of the electrical circuit when the pressure deviates from the set response limit.
You can select the optimal switching mode using the wheel and the marked scale.
The reliable device is equipped with an aluminum die-cast base. The casing and switch are made of polycarbonate, the working membrane is made of butadiene-nitrile rubber. All these materials are designed for long-term service.
Stable, precise operation is provided by gold-plated contacts. The electrics are protected from external influences according to the IP 54 standard.
The relay is screwed onto a pipe with an external thread G 1/4. The optimal position is vertical. With a different orientation, the switching point shifts (for more details, see the installation instructions).
Advantages:
precise, stable switching;
easy manual adjustment;
wide adjustment range;
reliability, long service life without breakdowns;
dust and moisture protection class IP 54;
convenient mounting on the thread;
optimal balance of price and quality.
